I’m so happy with the render clean of my house, the one side was particularly bad and hadn’t been done since the house was built (~9 years). Simon is professional, tidy and has such good attention to detail, it looks back to new, I won’t hesitate to get this done again by Simon at Pegasus. Also very happy with the patio clean, soffits and fascia’s. It’s hard to find businesses that you trust so very happy that I found Pegasus.

Simon cleaned the gutters on a 4 storey semi-detached house with 4 flats on 15 June, using his suction system which was able to reach up to the 40 metres required.
He answered questions, communicated preparations needed, access to house, electricity supply, arrived as arranged.
He checked the gutters were clear of overgrowing weeds and debris afterwards and forwarded photos of the work. He is thorough and skilled at working with his specialised equipment. The price for the work seemed very reasonable.
I would happily recommend him for this work and will invite him back in the future.

Simon at Pegasus is a pleasure to have at our penthouse cleaning the windows, also making the fascias and soffits sparkle. I cannot recommend highly enough, what a nice guy to have around.

I used pegasus to 'soft-wash' my external render. My local window cleaner (who does not provide this service) had advised me that I could save on very expensive external re-decoration on my white painted rough-cast render by simply having it professionally 'soft-washed' with the right chemical (sodium hyperchloride) treatment.
Having 'Googled', I picked Pegasus, as I prefer to support local businesses and they confirmed that they use the recommended chemical treatment that I wanted. Simon & his team were punctual, courteus and worked really hard to complete the whole property ( a big old 1930s house and detached garage) in just 1 day. Considering that my render is rough-cast (and I mean Rough ! ie the surface is extremely bumpy and not like the smoother more modern through-colured renders that are used today) the end result was stunning. All the surrounding paths were thoroughly rinsed off & Simon walked around the property with me to point out a few minor areas where the existing external masonary paint was a bit thin and might benefit from a quick touch-up (which I did ). The treatment was done 3 months ago in October '21 and continues to look good plus we've had lots of favourable comments from neighbours & visitors. I have no hesitation in recommending Pegasus and this type of treatment for externally rendered walls.

Very professional. Cleaned all the windows including the conservatory, guttering and soffits. The electric box outside was black and now is white again. Conservatory cleaned thoroughly. Won't use anyone else. MS Frenchay
